- 9.30am Communication skills & coaching methods,
- 11am Gokyo Tachi-waza, Ne-waza & Syllabus Terminology,
- 1pm Lunch Break, Bring your own pack lunch, (hot and cold drinks provided ).
- 2pm Gokyo, Ren-zoku Waza & Ren-Razu Waza,
- 3.30pm Refereeing & the rules,
- 4.30pm Review & Exam Preparation,
- 5.30pm Session ends.

- 11am Coaching analysis of Waza,
- 12am Beginners course class plan.
- 1pm Lunch break, Bring your own pack lunch,( hot & cold drinks provided )
- 2pm Class presentation exam,
