9am   Registration & course format presentation,
9.30am  Communication skills & coaching methods,
11am  Gokyo Tachi-waza, Ne-waza & Syllabus Terminology,
1pm   Lunch Break Bring your own pack lunch(hot and cold drinks provided )
2pm   Gokyo, Ren-zoku Waza & Ren-Razu Waza,
3.30pm Refereeing & the rules,
4.30pm Review & Exam Preparation,
5.30pm Session ends.



Sunday : 20th October
9am   Kata
11am  Coaching analysis of Waza,
12am  Beginners course class plan.
1pm   Lunch break Bring your own pack lunch(
hot and cold drinks provided )   
2pm   Class presentation exam,
5pm   Course closes,
